This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information on the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to this Policy and our Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

This Policy applies to Institutions (colleges/universities), their administrators, staff, students, parents/guardians (where applicable), and visitors.

The Platform supports institutions of all levels including pre-primary, primary, secondary, higher-secondary, and higher-education institutions. Parents or guardians may be allowed to access their child’s records and updates on the Platform when such access is enabled or approved by the Institution. The Institution (school / college) is responsible for controlling account creation, assigning access roles, and obtaining & managing required parental/guardian consent for minors where applicable. Anyone submitting or managing a minor’s information confirms that they have lawful authority to do so.

Subject to law and institutional policies, you may request access, correction, update, deletion, or withdraw consent. Some requests must be routed via your Institution (controller of education records). We may retain certain data where required by law, for disputes, or to enforce agreements.

We retain data as needed for the purposes above or per Institution contracts/legal requirements. Archived records may be kept up to seven (7) years (or longer if mandated). Aggregated/de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.

Note: Institutions are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform and any data they upload/export complies with applicable laws, and for informing users about Institution-specific practices (e.g., retention schedules). We do not sell Personal Data. Publicly available information may be used without consent as permitted by law.
